Information we collect

ShoppingLand LLC may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping or billing details, inquiry details, and product interest when you contact us, request pricing, place an order, apply to the ShoppingLand Sales Partner Program, submit an optional missing-sale dispute, or ask for support.

Optional missing-sale dispute

Normal sales-partner commissions use aggregate Amazon Attribution reporting and do not require a purchaser to submit personal information or an Amazon order ID. If a reported sale appears to be missing, a purchaser may voluntarily submit their full name, email address or phone number, Amazon order ID, order date, quantity, sales-partner code, and dispute consent. We use this information only to investigate that dispute, check returns or refunds, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, calculate any eligible commission, and resolve the related dispute. Dispute consent is not consent to receive marketing.

Do not submit a payment-card number, bank-account number, Social Security number, or full shipping address through the missing-sale dispute form. We do not obtain or retain Amazon customer PII from SP-API for sales-partner marketing or identity matching.

Sales attribution and risk review

ShoppingLand stores aggregate Amazon Attribution snapshots for approved partner tags, including report date, clicks, detail-page views, add-to-cart activity, purchases, units, promoted-product sales, pull time, and revision history. Amazon Attribution does not provide a direct partner-tag-to-order-ID join for this program. FBA return and financial reports may be used only as supporting reconciliation evidence and do not by themselves assign an order to a partner tag.

ShoppingLand may use limited risk signals—such as repeated high return patterns, shared payout destinations, unusual click timing, repeated missing-sale disputes, credible evidence of a purchase-conditioned off-Amazon rebate or discount, review incentives, click or cookie manipulation, misrepresentation of an independent activity as a ShoppingLand or Amazon benefit, or a marketplace or customer complaint—to place a payout in manual review. A signal is not an automatic finding. We request an explanation when appropriate and exclude self-purchase or fraud only when reasonable evidence supports the decision. A shared IP address or store Wi-Fi alone is never sufficient for exclusion.

ShoppingLand does not collect customer-level records to track how a sales partner privately uses a commission after payment, and does not direct, administer, reimburse, or routinely monitor that private use. This data-minimization rule does not prevent ShoppingLand from reviewing a complaint or credible evidence about activity prohibited by the Sales Partner Program terms.

Referral payout setup

After an approved sales partner records a first eligible Amazon-attributed sale, ShoppingLand may send a private, one-time payout-setup link. The sales partner may submit a full legal name and the email address or U.S. phone number registered with PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, or an email address used to receive a Square direct-deposit invitation. ShoppingLand encrypts the submitted name and payout destination and uses a one-way fingerprint to support verification and fraud review.

Do not submit a bank-account number, routing number, payment-card number, Social Security number, taxpayer number, government ID, or birth date to ShoppingLand's payout-setup page. If Square direct deposit is selected, bank and tax information must be entered only on Square's own secure page. ShoppingLand records only the payout method, verification status, masked or encrypted destination, commission ledger, payout status, and provider transaction reference needed for administration and recordkeeping.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, process orders, provide customer support, send shipping and delivery updates, administer approved sales-partner links, verify commission eligibility, prevent fraud, maintain required records, and improve our products and services.

Security and retention

Missing-sale dispute and payout-setup information is transmitted and stored using reasonable safeguards, with access limited to people who need it for verification, payment, fraud prevention, tax administration, or dispute handling. Dispute records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days unless a limited hold is needed for an open investigation. Payout profiles, commission ledgers, and transaction references may be retained while the sales-partner relationship is active and for any additional period required for payment, tax, fraud, dispute, or legal recordkeeping, then deleted or de-identified when permitted.

Optional SMS communications

If you voluntarily opt in to SMS, we may send transactional and customer-care text messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery updates, inquiry follow-ups, and direct replies to support requests. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase, receive service, request pricing, or complete any transaction.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP for help.

Mobile information sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers only as needed to deliver messages, process orders, host our website, provide customer support, or comply with law.

Choices

You may contact us without opting in to SMS. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may contact us to update or delete your information where legally permitted.
